My research topics are narratives of motherhood in contemporary literature. With Margaretha Fahlgren, I work on an article on autobiographical writing contesting motherhood which examines contemporary autobiographical works about motherhood. We will especially focus on the relation between autobiography and autofiction in narratives by Rachel Cusk, Sheila Heti and a selection of Swedish writers. Furthermore, my research deals with narratives about the lifelong motherhood and the relationship between generations of mothers and children.
